Use for Extra Gravy?

Dear Dr. IcedLatte,

I have about 2 cups of delicious beef gravy leftover from tonight's Crock Pot dinner. I hate to toss it. What would you do with it?

    Base for soup. Put in freezer and use as gravy for something else. Hot brown sandwich.
